  • Accepting new patients: yes.
  • Current new-patient wait: approximately four weeks. Earlier appointments may become available through cancellations; call to check current availability.
  • Referrals: not required for most PPO plans. HMO plans generally do require a referral from your primary care physician.
  • Insurance accepted: Medicare, Railroad Medicare, Medicaid, BlueChoice HealthPlan, Cigna, Humana, Humana Gold Plus, HealthLink, Ambetter, Meridian, CountyCare Health Plan, Clear Spring Health, IlliniCare Health, PHCS and Ascension. Call the front office to confirm your plan if you do not see it listed.
  • What to bring to your first visit: photo ID, your insurance card, a list of your current medications, any prior imaging reports or discs, and a referral if your plan requires one.
